Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a mainframe environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Deep technical knowledge across multiple Mainframe functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management-level customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to perform complex ISV installations.
- Experience in mentoring and providing leadership.
Responsibilities
- Installation and maintenance of Mainframe Systems Infrastructure software.
- Maintenance and debugging of systems software.
- Coordination with technical teams such as CICS, Database, Network, and Hardware/Storage.
- Research and evaluation of new software and hardware products.
- Monitoring and tuning of systems software.
- Support for on-going projects involving OS implementation.
- Incident and problem resolution.
- Assisting team members and other areas with technical issues.
