Job Details

Requirements

Board-certified or board-eligible Psychiatrist.
Unrestricted, independent licensure.
Established and updated CAQH and FCVS profiles.
Experience providing psychiatric care to all age groups.
Experience treating patients in acute crisis in 24/7 settings.
Ability to communicate with patients from various backgrounds.
Experience working with multiple EMRs simultaneously.
Advanced technical proficiency in hardware and Windows systems.
Significant experience with EMR software in a telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

Simultaneously serve multiple emergency rooms, hospital medical floors, and psychiatric crisis programs.
Evaluate and treat patients in crisis to find the most appropriate and least restrictive level of care.
Receive support from 24/7 access center that triages cases.
Direct and/or implement psychotherapeutic treatments.
Prescribe medication to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
Utilize a collaborative care approach within partner healthcare treatment teams.
