Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, or Site Reliability Engineering
- 4+ years of technical program or project management experience
- Proven experience with AWS cloud services
- Hands-on familiarity with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Demonstrated success managing cross-functional initiatives in high-security environments
- Experience with observability platforms like Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of complex DevOps and infrastructure programs
- Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance, and Product leadership to define program strategy
- Oversee large-scale cloud initiatives across AWS
- Coordinate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) initiatives using Terraform
- Drive improvements across CI/CD pipelines to reduce deployment friction
- Integrate compliance and security-by-design principles into DevOps programs
- Collaborate with security engineering and CISO for audit readiness
- Oversee observability, SRE, and monitoring initiatives
- Define SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
- Manage program timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
