Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
- 3+ years leading marketing teams, ideally selling into enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of driving enterprise pipeline and measurable revenue impact.
- Strong product marketing capability, including writing and positioning.
- Deep expertise in SEO.
- Experience with LLM/AI search optimization (GEO, AEO).
- Proficiency with modern martech, AI tools, and marketing automation.
- Excellent communicator and cross-functional leader.
- Comfortable operating in a global, distributed environment.
Responsibilities
- Own demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified pipeline from enterprise accounts.
- Build and scale integrated campaigns across digital, ABM, events, email, partner, and content channels.
- Lead product marketing, including positioning, messaging, launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement.
- Ensure brand and messaging consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive SEO and next-generation visibility, including optimization for LLMs and AI-powered search.
- Elevate brand presence on social platforms with creative storytelling.
- Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align on GTM motion.
- Build, mentor, and optimize a lean, high-output marketing team leveraging AI and automation.
- Own marketing analytics including pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI.
