Requirements
- Minimum 6+ years of professional experience in applied data science, advanced analytics, or ML.
- MS/PhD or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Robotics.
- Strong command of Python for data analysis and prototyping.
- Strong command of SQL.
- Expertise in statistical methods such as hypothesis testing and A/B testing.
- Experience with sampling methodologies and statistical modeling.
- Experience working with internal cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in Autonomous Vehicle or Robotics industry (preferred).
- Familiarity with Systems Verification and Validation (preferred).
- Experience with large scale databases and analytics (preferred).
- Experience with workflow automation/orchestration frameworks (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Design scalable production frameworks for autonomy evaluation.
- Design and implement methodologies to measure evaluation infrastructure performance.
- Prototype complex deep-dive analyses and write production-quality evaluation code.
- Build tools and dashboards for technical and executive leadership.
- Collaborate with Safety and Autonomy teams on reporting requirements.
- Develop models correlating simulation performance with real-world outcomes.
- Provide mentorship and methodological guidance through code reviews.
