Requirements
- 3 years of Epic Clarity Data Model development experience.
- 5 years of SQL query and stored procedure development experience.
- Proven experience in a Correctional Health, Custody, Jail, or Detention environment.
- Epic Clarity Certification (Clinical, Financial, Cogito, or legacy equivalent).
- Deep understanding of Inpatient and Ambulatory workflows.
- Working knowledge of SlicerDicer, Cogito SQL, and Radar Dashboards.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience working directly with clinical leaders and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy Custody-focused reports and dashboards.
- Validate, modify, and document Radar automatic and custom SQL metrics.
- Write complex stored procedures for clinical reporting requests.
- Create Radar components from Cogito SQL reports and metric frameworks.
- Lead projects and facilitate meetings with operational leadership.
- Estimate project timelines and provide status updates.
- Update code for regulatory/operational requests.
- Perform unit testing, peer reviews, and follow SDLC standards.
- Mentor junior developers through SQL code reviews.
