Responsibilities
- Work directly with all users to ensure platform value.
- Support customers via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
- Read and interpret API documentation.
- Understand standard SaaS tools like CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
- Participate in cross-functional company initiatives.
- Drive an exceptional experience for every user.
