Responsibilities

  • Work directly with all users to ensure platform value.
  • Support customers via Intercom, Slack, phone, and email.
  • Read and interpret API documentation.
  • Understand standard SaaS tools like CRMs, ESPs, and ERPs.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Participate in cross-functional company initiatives.
  • Drive an exceptional experience for every user.
