Requirements
- BA/BS degree.
- 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
- Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences.
- Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption.
- Analytical and strategic thinker capable of interpreting data.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with project management abilities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts.
- Partner with district leaders in Nebraska and Iowa to create and implement professional development plans.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders including district leaders, principals, and teachers.
- Travel 40% - 60% in Nebraska and Iowa to deliver PD and provide implementation support.
- Partner with the Sales team to manage and grow customer relationships.
- Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions.
- Analyze and use data to drive decision-making.
