Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of experience delivering professional development in K-12 settings
  • Experience as a school or district administrator OR extensive experience delivering PD to these audiences
  • Experience leading a district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
  • Analytical, strategic thinker capable of interpreting data
  • Exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented
  • Self-starter and quick learner with a passion for ed-tech

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an IXL implementation expert, supporting large, complex districts with their IXL implementation
  • Partner with district leaders in Arkansas to create and implement a professional development plan
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across districts, including district leaders, principals, and teachers
  • Travel within Arkansas to deliver professional development, meet with leaders, and visit classrooms (40% - 60% travel)
  • Partner with the Sales team to effectively manage and grow customer relationships
  • Deliver high-quality live and virtual professional development sessions
  • Analyze and use data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
