Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on technical products in healthcare or software integration
  • Strong experience supporting Salesforce-based ecosystems, billing platforms, revenue operations, or order-to-cash processes
  • Proven ability to work with financial, billing, and reimbursement workflows
  • Experience in medical coding, with hands-on expertise in automation and integrations leveraging agentic AI (preferred)
  • Strong technical proficiency, including understanding of APIs, data modeling, cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP), and software development lifecycle
  • Exposure to intelligent document processing, automated claims workflows, or revenue analytics solutions
  • Experience leveraging AI, machine learning, or rules-based automation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, regulated industry

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the product backlog, including prioritization and ongoing grooming
  • Define, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps for new product development and sustaining activities
  • Act as the primary product decision-maker, balancing scope, value, risk, and technical constraints
  • Lead scoping discussions and effort estimation exercises with engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Elicit, document, and manage requirements, translating user and business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Partner with clinical, scientific, and business stakeholders to understand workflows, user needs, and success criteria
  • Coordinate dependencies and resolve ambiguities to keep delivery on track
  • Support release planning, execution, and readiness, including defect triage and scope trade-off decisions
