Requirements
- Active California license as an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW) or Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT).
- Must maintain an active mental health license in the state of primary residence.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Patient-first mindset.
- Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Reliable internet connectivity.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity for computer use.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Sufficient hearing for virtual meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care using evidence-based practices (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma/Addiction Therapy).
- Implement treatment modalities in individual and group therapy settings.
- Review and sign patient clinical assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
- Maintain clinic records and document service delivery in compliance with regulations.
- Conduct crisis intervention based on individual safety plans.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team case planning.
- Participate in individual and group supervision and ongoing professional education.
