Responsibilities
- Manage, deliver and/or perform full clinical site monitoring services.
- Act as Lead CRA, acting as the primary liaison between CRAs and the project team.
- Mentor, coach, and provide performance feedback to peers.
- Assist with the selection, hiring, training, and supervision of CRAs.
- Identify and recruit site investigators.
- Coordinate the movement and delivery of trial materials, samples, and documentation.
- Ensure site compliance with SOPs, study guidelines, and GCP best practices.
- Act as the primary contact for investigational sites and sponsors for all monitoring-related issues.
- Facilitate and support site staff with access to study systems.
- Participate in the development of project plans, protocols, CRFs, and monitoring tools.
