- Experience in Systems/Tool Implementation and Technology Planning.
- Experience with AI Integrations and Vendor Management.
- Deep knowledge of Apple Business Manager and Google Workspace.
- Experience with Slack, Airtable, Frame.io, Adobe, and Maxon.
- Experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory.
- Knowledgeable of Apple and PC products.
- Experience with content security management and compliance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time and project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize technology operations for 3 global studios.
- Create and implement technical infrastructure to support business needs.
- Collaborate with global IT teams on processes and requirements.
- Leverage AI and machine learning to build efficient workflows.
- Partner with infosec and privacy teams to ensure compliance.
- Administer business systems and creative production tools.
- Serve as a thought leader on infrastructure and AI integration.
- Provide technical support for Mac and PC operating systems.
- Troubleshoot technology issues across the group.
- Manage service coordination with vendors and contractors.
