- 10+ years of sales or business development experience.
- 6+ years in global CROs selling safety, regulatory, and medical affairs services.
- Established network of decision-makers in the life-sciences industry.
- Experience presenting to senior management and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex, multi-million dollar deals.
- Persuasive presentation and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Business Administration.
- MBA is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacovigilance, regulatory, and medical affairs services.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Expand services with existing clients.
- Build relationships with C-suite and safety/regulatory decision-makers.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
- Maintain pipeline data in CRM.
