Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Customer Support
- Experience in SaaS
- Strong commercial mindset with understanding of churn reduction
- Tech-savvy and process-oriented with CRM experience
- Financial literacy regarding invoices and purchase orders
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1 / C2 level)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot (desirable)
- Experience in EdTech or procurement processes (desirable)
Responsibilities
- Own the renewal process for school accounts
- Design and manage automated email workflows for renewals
- Monitor usage data to identify and intervene with at-risk schools
- Ensure successful onboarding and adoption for new school customers
- Act as a bridge between schools and finance for payment processing
- Resolve payment discrepancies and administrative barriers to purchase
- Handle complex support tickets related to school plans and billing
