Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or B2B Customer Support
  • Experience in SaaS
  • Strong commercial mindset with understanding of churn reduction
  • Tech-savvy and process-oriented with CRM experience
  • Financial literacy regarding invoices and purchase orders
  • Excellent written and spoken English (C1 / C2 level)
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
  • Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot (desirable)
  • Experience in EdTech or procurement processes (desirable)

Responsibilities

  • Own the renewal process for school accounts
  • Design and manage automated email workflows for renewals
  • Monitor usage data to identify and intervene with at-risk schools
  • Ensure successful onboarding and adoption for new school customers
  • Act as a bridge between schools and finance for payment processing
  • Resolve payment discrepancies and administrative barriers to purchase
  • Handle complex support tickets related to school plans and billing
