Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
- Proven ability to manage complex enterprise or mid-market client relationships
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience developing strategic account plans
- Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative approach
- Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key SMB and commercial clients
- Develop and execute account success plans focused on adoption, retention, and expansion
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Monitor customer health and usage metrics to detect churn risks
- Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) for solution delivery
- Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
- Track and report retention, satisfaction, and expansion metrics
- Mentor junior team members and build best practices
