Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven ability to manage complex enterprise or mid-market client relationships
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience developing strategic account plans
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and consultative approach
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key SMB and commercial clients
  • Develop and execute account success plans focused on adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Monitor customer health and usage metrics to detect churn risks
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Support) for solution delivery
  • Champion customer feedback to influence product roadmap decisions
  • Track and report retention, satisfaction, and expansion metrics
  • Mentor junior team members and build best practices
