Requirements

- Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives and company founders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese.
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies.
- Highly self-organized and disciplined.
- Ability to maintain a high work tempo.
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products.
- Manage relationships with funds, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Proactively identify and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Deliver tailored solutions to address client needs.
- Lead and manage deals from initial outreach to contract signing.
- Coordinate with internal product, legal, and research teams for deal closure.
