Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales in tech or finance
- Proven track record of closing large deals (around $1 million+ USD)
- Comfortable with competitive cold outreach to C-level executives
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese
- Deep understanding of blockchain market dynamics and underlying technologies
- Highly self-organized and disciplined
- Ability to maintain a high work tempo
Responsibilities
- Conduct direct cold sales of non-custodial staking products
- Manage relationships with funds (VCs, hedge funds, ETFs, ETPs), family offices, and high-net-worth individuals
- Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver tailored solutions to address client needs
- Lead and manage the full deal cycle from outreach to contract signing
- Coordinate with product, legal, and research teams for deal closure
