Requirements

- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
- Familiarity with UX design, research, and testing processes.
- Experience using tools like Jira, Asana, or Airtable.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain trackers and reporting tools.
- Experience identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
- Understanding of Agile or iterative delivery environments.
- Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage UX intake, project coordination, and workflow tracking.
- Ensure UX initiatives progress on schedule by flagging risks and dependencies.
- Maintain and optimize project management tools like Jira.
- Facilitate communication and project updates across cross-functional teams.
- Lead tracking of UX budgets, tool costs, and vendor/agency spending.
- Coordinate with external vendors on invoicing and deliverables.
- Develop standardized templates, documentation, and processes.
- Support team status meetings and track action items.
