  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and maintain trackers and reporting tools.
  • Experience identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.
  • Understanding of Agile or iterative delivery environments.
  • Experience coordinating with vendors or external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage UX intake, project coordination, and workflow tracking.
  • Ensure UX initiatives progress on schedule by flagging risks and dependencies.
  • Maintain and optimize project management tools like Jira.
  • Facilitate communication and project updates across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead tracking of UX budgets, tool costs, and vendor/agency spending.
  • Coordinate with external vendors on invoicing and deliverables.
  • Develop standardized templates, documentation, and processes.
  • Support team status meetings and track action items.
