Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles like Personal Manager, Support Manager, or Success Manager.
  • Proficient in Spanish (oral and written).
  • B1+ level English (speaking and writing).
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Ability to manage a large number of clients (up to 150).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for large groups.
  • Self-starter with strong time management and work ethic.
  • Solution-oriented with high level of user empathy.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Full-time availability, Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00 MX.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage unresponsive students through daily phone calls and follow-ups.
  • Onboard new students and host live orientation sessions.
  • Create student community content and facilitate interactions.
  • Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and resolve student issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive student database for up to 150 students.
  • Produce timely reports and send reminders.
  • Collaborate with tutors, instructors, and team members via video conference.
