Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles like Personal Manager, Support Manager, or Success Manager.
- Proficient in Spanish (oral and written).
- B1+ level English (speaking and writing).
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Ability to manage a large number of clients (up to 150).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera for large groups.
- Self-starter with strong time management and work ethic.
- Solution-oriented with high level of user empathy.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday: 9:00 to 18:00 MX.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage unresponsive students through daily phone calls and follow-ups.
- Onboard new students and host live orientation sessions.
- Create student community content and facilitate interactions.
- Conduct 1-to-1 wellbeing checks and resolve student issues.
- Maintain comprehensive student database for up to 150 students.
- Produce timely reports and send reminders.
- Collaborate with tutors, instructors, and team members via video conference.
