Responsibilities
- Lead the design vision for Engine’s booking experience.
- Manage and mentor a team of 3-6 product designers.
- Set the creative direction and uphold standards for clarity and consistency.
- Turn insights and product goals into intuitive experiences.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data to ship high-impact work.
- Drive strategic design initiatives with business accountability.
- Utilize AI-native workflows (Cursor, Figma Make, MCPs) to increase velocity.
