Requirements
- JS or Python proficiency with literacy in the other.
- Experience with AI-native development workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalent).
- Understanding of service and codebase design fundamentals.
- Experience with cloud services and deployments (GCP preferred).
- Frontend literacy and taste in UI.
- Ability to drive an LLM to produce production-quality code.
- Strong communication discipline.
- Experience with agentic development and LLM frameworks (Nice to have).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform (Nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership to develop and deliver AI solutions.
- Own meaningful pieces of development work and solution delivery from end-to-end.
- Translate UX requirements into functional software.
- Manage end-to-end deployment of AI systems.
- Apply AI-driven tools to execute real-world solutions.
- Contribute to team development capacity.
- Work directly on real client problems.
