Requirements
- 5+ years in software development, ideally in full-stack roles
- Hands-on experience applying AI in live product environments, working with systems that are actively used and continuously evolving
- Strong backend skills (Node.js, TypeScript, etc)
- Solid frontend experience (React, Next.js, etc)
- Experience integrating LLM APIs, agents, or automation into real products
- Ability to own features end-to-end, from idea to production
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases
- Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with minimal structure
- Strong execution mindset, you build, ship, and improve
- Fluent English communication
- Experience in fintech or digital financial products (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end features powered by LLMs and agents (backend + frontend)
- Integrate AI into real user-facing flows (voice, chat, product interfaces)
- Design and implement APIs and services that connect AI systems with the product
- Work on performance across the stack: frontend responsiveness, backend latency, AI cost/throughput
- Ship quickly, iterate in production, and continuously improve real user experiences
