Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10–15 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
  • At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex claims, including WC and MVA.
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-layered operational teams.
  • Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage revenue targets.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and reimbursement methodologies.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing executive stakeholders.
  • Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or M&A integrations preferred.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for the WC and MVA service lines.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and manage claims efficiently.
  • Provide executive oversight of operational performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
  • Lead long-term capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation.
  • Drive standardization and optimization of processes, tools, and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, and HIPAA requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, and Client Delivery teams.
  • Develop and mentor senior leadership to build a scalable leadership pipeline.
