Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
- At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles overseeing complex claims, including WC and MVA.
- Demonstrated success leading large, multi-layered operational teams.
- Proven ability to drive financial performance and manage revenue targets.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and reimbursement methodologies.
- Experience working cross-functionally and influencing executive stakeholders.
- Experience in private equity-backed organizations and/or M&A integrations preferred.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision, operating model, and growth roadmap for the WC and MVA service lines.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and manage claims efficiently.
- Provide executive oversight of operational performance and ensure revenue targets are met.
- Lead long-term capacity planning, organizational design, and resource allocation.
- Drive standardization and optimization of processes, tools, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory, contractual, and HIPAA requirements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Finance, and Client Delivery teams.
- Develop and mentor senior leadership to build a scalable leadership pipeline.
