Job Details

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Requirements

3 to 5 years of full-time experience in VC, growth equity, PE, IB, or strategic finance.
Demonstrated experience leading diligence on at least one closed deal.
Ability to build cohort analyses, LTV/CAC, and cap-table waterfall models from scratch.
Exceptional professional writing skills for investment memos.
Ability to operate effectively in a high-trust, low-bureaucracy environment.
Experience in TMT, healthcare, or fintech sectors.
Understanding of cap tables and investment mechanics.

Responsibilities

Manage deal screening, pipeline tracking, and triage against investment thesis.
Lead end-to-end due diligence including financial modeling and reference checks.
Produce institutional-quality investment memos for Investment Committee.
Co-present deals to the Investment Committee and manage follow-up actions.
Coordinate SPV formation, legal paperwork, and Reg D 506(c) compliance.
Draft deal summaries and investment theses for club members.
Develop proprietary deal flow through founder and investor networking.
Mentor and review work for future analyst-level hires.
