Requirements

- 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures.
- Partner with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate communication and collaboration among internal stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics.
- Facilitate meetings and track action items.
- Support change management efforts.
