Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination or administrative support.
- Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience in facility management or janitorial services preferred.
- Experience working in a structured business environment with operational processes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily janitorial service schedules across multiple client locations.
- Monitor service coverage to ensure all scheduled cleaning assignments are completed on time.
- Serve as a liaison between field janitorial teams, operations management, and clients.
- Assist with workforce scheduling, shift coverage, and adjustments.
- Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate operational records and service documentation.
- Coordinate with field supervisors regarding daily assignments.
- Support onboarding documentation and communication for new field staff.
- Track attendance, job completion, and performance indicators.
- Help monitor quality control and identify service improvements.
