Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred or experience in a NOC environment
  • 2+ years of Microsoft Administration experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange online, and Teams
  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
  • Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900
  • Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Groups Policy and DNS/DHCP
  • Knowledge of MFA and Conditional Access support technologies
  • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
  • Familiarity with remote support, event management tools and IT ticket systems (ServiceNow preferred)
  • English proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Microsoft Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Power BI
  • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses and groups
  • Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Online, including email flow and mailboxes
  • Perform Active Directory administration and troubleshooting such as group policy management
  • Respond to support tickets and resolve issues related to Microsoft and Azure environments
  • Assist in backup, recovery, and security best practices
  • Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers and Microsoft to resolve complex technical issues
  • Track the progress of client incidents and requests
  • Communicate status of tickets directly with clients
  • Create and maintain IT knowledgebase articles
