Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred or experience in a NOC environment
- 2+ years of Microsoft Administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 admin center, Exchange online, and Teams
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Azure Fundamentals: AZ-900
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Groups Policy and DNS/DHCP
- Knowledge of MFA and Conditional Access support technologies
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
- Familiarity with remote support, event management tools and IT ticket systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- English proficiency
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Microsoft products including Microsoft Azure, Windows, Microsoft 365, and Power BI
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 user accounts, licenses and groups
- Manage and support Microsoft Exchange Online, including email flow and mailboxes
- Perform Active Directory administration and troubleshooting such as group policy management
- Respond to support tickets and resolve issues related to Microsoft and Azure environments
- Assist in backup, recovery, and security best practices
- Escalate and collaborate with Coretek engineers and Microsoft to resolve complex technical issues
- Track the progress of client incidents and requests
- Communicate status of tickets directly with clients
- Create and maintain IT knowledgebase articles
