Requirements

  • 3+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering forecasts to management.
  • Success in upselling and cross-selling within a book of business.
  • Advanced skills in pipeline building, strategic account planning, and value-based selling.
  • Strong business acumen with experience presenting to C-Suite executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex Identity and Access Management concepts.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and comfortable in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow designated territory focusing on new Commercial clients and existing account expansion.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, inbound leads, and cold calling.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas with a high volume of outbound activity.
  • Upsell and cross-sell 1Password solutions using Extended Access Management knowledge.
  • Close large value multi-product deals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with BDR, Solutions, and Customer Success teams to drive client satisfaction.
  • Negotiate and create mutual action plans to align on deal timelines.
