Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, SaaS sales, or B2B outbound sales.
- 1+ years experience selling online educational products, digital learning solutions, or testing platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong experience with CRM and sales engagement tools such as Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Comfortable working within structured sales processes and KPI-driven environments.
- Experience in account management or client-facing support roles is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities including email outreach, calls, and follow-ups to generate qualified opportunities.
- Manage inbound and outbound sales conversations with professionalism and strong consultative selling skills.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
- Deliver exceptional client management and customer service throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate meetings, demos, and follow-up activities with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity using Salesforce and Salesloft.
- Support account management initiatives and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Collaborate with leadership and sales teams to meet performance goals and KPIs.
- Handle multiple client conversations and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Represent the company professionally in both Arabic- and English-speaking markets.
