Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance and IT.
- 2+ years experience in the Financial Services industry.
- 2+ years treasury experience in front or middle office environments.
- Mandatory proficiency in Linux.
- Mandatory proficiency in Python.
- Working knowledge of Market and Credit Risk (Var, XVA, Greeks).
- Familiarity with AWS and Step Functions.
- Ability to prioritize and perform in complex, fast-paced situations.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Business fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Define, design and implement standard operating procedures to run business operations on behalf of Numerix SaaS clients.
- Perform daily monitoring activities and verification of reports for market and counterparty credit risk analytics.
- Monitor success/failure of daily runs, batch processes, and market data feeds.
- Perform intra-day checks of OneView application health and ensure SLA fulfillment.
- Respond to operational support requests including trade setup and corporate actions.
- Triage and resolve technical support, application, and feed issues.
- Act as Incident Manager according to company policy.
- Manage and coordinate OneView application releases in pre-production and production environments.
- Produce service performance reports for internal and external management reviews.
