Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using sales outreach tools for prospecting, sequence building, and target list management.
- Experience with a CRM, including data syncing and campaign building.
- Skilled in developing reports and providing actionable insights.
- Experience ensuring data integrity across multiple systems and troubleshooting data discrepancies.
- Familiarity with marketing and sales alignment strategies and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience identifying and implementing system optimizations to enhance functionality and data integration.
Responsibilities
- Optimize prospecting efforts within Outreach tools.
- Build and refine sequences and manage target lists.
- Develop and maintain reports on sales performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across systems.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and implement system optimizations.
- Partner with Marketing for lead handoff and account alignment.
- Facilitate communication between Marketing, SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs.
- Provide regular updates on initiatives and performance metrics.
