Requirements
- Significant experience building and shipping modern software systems
- Deep expertise in agentic systems, LLMs, and modern AI architectures
- Strong foundation in architecture and systems thinking (APIs, data pipelines, cloud, observability, security)
- Credibility across data engineering, product strategy, and experience design
- Demonstrated ability to build and scale a practice
- Demonstrated ownership of both delivery and go-to-market outcomes
- Experience operationalizing new ways of working across an organization
- Strong client presence and executive communication skills
- Keen sense for security, risk, and governance
- Above-average discipline and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Build and lead Livefront’s AI & Automation practice
- Own the evolution and growth of the AI & Automation service line
- Own the full portfolio of AI workstreams across the company
- Define AI delivery playbooks, reference architectures, and standards
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of AI leaders and practitioners
- Drive internal AI adoption and training programs
- Shape market-facing offerings and go-to-market motion
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with AI labs and cloud providers
- Own development of AI platform, IP, and reusable accelerators
- Lead key client engagements involving complex AI architectures
