Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software engineering, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
- Strong background in RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including Bedrock, Lambda, S3, Step Functions, and IAM.
- Proven experience building or contributing to LLM-powered agents or AI-driven systems.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Strands, or similar tools.
- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) or JavaScript.
- Solid understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration patterns.
- Familiarity with enterprise system integration and secure deployment practices is highly valued.
- Experience transitioning from traditional RPA to AI/agent-based automation is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of existing RPA workflows into modern AI-driven agent frameworks, redesigning processes for flexibility and intelligence.
- Design, build, and deploy AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, Strands, or similar orchestration tools.
- Develop and maintain agentic workflows on AWS using services like Lambda, Bedrock, Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway.
- Orchestrate multi-step workflows with memory, tool usage, state management, and external system integrations.
- Integrate automation solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ATS, and internal APIs and databases.
- Improve performance, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency of automation pipelines through continuous optimization.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact automation opportunities.
