Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture.
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work within EST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents including log/trace analysis.
- Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM.
- Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
- Share best practices for utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
- Support KPI targets such as SLA and QA.
- Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
- Coordinate activities with experts and internal departments.
