Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with client-server architecture.
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work within EST business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents including log/trace analysis.
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM.
  • Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases.
  • Share best practices for utilization and deployment of Varicent products.
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA and QA.
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
  • Coordinate activities with experts and internal departments.
