Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting
- Familiarity with client-server architecture
- Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications
- Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users
- English proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher
- Ability to work and collaborate in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents
- Collect detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication
- Communicate progress of investigation with clients
- Update records in the CRM system
- Utilize support tools and processes to resolve cases
- Share best practices for utilization and deployment
- Support KPI targets such as SLA and resolution metrics
- Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation
