Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant technical experience
  • Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting
  • Knowledge of client-server architecture
  • Experience troubleshooting web-based applications
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents including replication and log analysis
  • Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM
  • Utilize support tools to resolve cases efficiently
  • Share product deployment and utilization best practices
  • Support KPI targets such as SLA and QA
  • Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations
