Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and SQL scripting
- Knowledge of client-server architecture
- Experience troubleshooting web-based applications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents including replication and log analysis
- Communicate investigation progress to clients via CRM
- Utilize support tools to resolve cases efficiently
- Share product deployment and utilization best practices
- Support KPI targets such as SLA and QA
- Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotations
