Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience building and launching enterprise SaaS products.
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience working closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience building or launching AI-powered product capabilities, including those leveraging large language models.
- Understanding of how to use AI to create meaningful customer value.
- Strong analytical thinking for prioritization and roadmap decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with go-to-market teams including product marketing and sales.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Creator Platform within NovoEd’s Learn+ product.
- Conduct continuous customer discovery to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
- Own product initiatives from problem definition through release and iteration.
- Define product requirements, prioritize the roadmap, and make trade-off decisions.
- Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to support product launches.
- Measure product impact and improve adoption using data and customer insights.
- Collaborate directly with customers and prospects to gather feedback and inform strategy.
