Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in automation engineering, internal tooling, or technical program/operations.
- Fluency in LLMs, their APIs, vector databases, context engineering, and RAG.
- Ability to design with and around APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms.
- Proficiency wiring systems like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Experience understanding rhythms of engineering, product, or design orgs.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building tools or automation frameworks that were adopted by teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship AI-powered agents and workflows that automate core operational processes across Engineering, Product, Design, and Insights.
- Build and maintain a curated library of reusable AI skills and agents.
- Partner with EPD leaders to identify and automate high-friction manual processes.
- Own full-stack AI builds from prototyping to deploying internal services.
- Connect AI platforms to internal tools like Jira, Confluence, and Slack.
- Create documentation and guides to enable team adoption.
- Lead hands-on R&D with context engineering, RAG architectures, and agent frameworks.
- Track usage and drive responsible AI practices.
