Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in L&D, talent development, or related HR discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning design tools, and engagement survey platforms.
- Proven ability to measure and communicate business impact of learning programs.
- Strong project management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive E Source’s L&D strategy.
- Design and implement a multi-year L&D roadmap.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and translate into development solutions.
- Manage L&D budget, vendor relationships, and LMS.
- Lead design and delivery of leadership development programs.
- Facilitate workshops and experiential learning for managers.
- Lead end-to-end new employee onboarding process.
- Lead the employee engagement survey process.
- Build and develop the E Source Values Champions network.
