Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in L&D, talent development, or related HR discipline.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, education, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), learning design tools, and engagement survey platforms.
  • Proven ability to measure and communicate business impact of learning programs.
  • Strong project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive E Source’s L&D strategy.
  • Design and implement a multi-year L&D roadmap.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments and translate into development solutions.
  • Manage L&D budget, vendor relationships, and LMS.
  • Lead design and delivery of leadership development programs.
  • Facilitate workshops and experiential learning for managers.
  • Lead end-to-end new employee onboarding process.
  • Lead the employee engagement survey process.
  • Build and develop the E Source Values Champions network.
