- Proven track record in hunting
- Active professional network of C-level and managers
- Experience in recruitment, consulting, or agency sectors preferred
- Exceptional written and oral French language skills
- Must be established as a freelancer/independent
- Strong autonomy and self-management
- Ability to work with own tools
Responsibilities
- Generate 1-6 qualified leads per month based on time invested
- Identify and qualify prospects with hiring needs in Digital, Marketing, and IT
- Secure appointments for the recruitment team
- Maintain weekly commercial activity reporting
- Manage end-to-end prospecting process
