Requirements
- 8-10+ years of trading experience.
- At least 3 years focused on spot and derivatives trading within financial services, FX, or crypto.
- Deep understanding of options pricing, trade execution, and risk management strategies.
- Expertise with crypto-specific products and derivatives.
- Ability to drive long-term growth of the options desk.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with financial modeling.
- Proven ability to cultivate and expand relationships with institutional and HNWI clients.
- In-depth experience with operational processes, safeguards, and trade compliance.
- Comfortable with system implementation and evolving workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support and grow the OTC Spot and derivatives desks.
- Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs and institutional clients.
- Contribute to robust risk management practices across spot and options.
- Partner with technology teams to improve systems for pricing, execution, and monitoring.
- Work with spot, futures, and OTC teams to align strategies and optimize liquidity.
- Monitor crypto market dynamics and highlight opportunities for growth.
- Drive business development and expand client relationships.
