- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Design including job architecture, workflows, and internal mobility.
- Understanding of CHRO challenges at multiple altitudes.
- Expertise in organizational design techniques in the AI era.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to establish credibility.
- Strong research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data.
- Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
Responsibilities
- Create innovative research and actionable advice for Gartner clients in multiple formats.
- Deliver individualized advice to CHROs and senior HR leaders.
- Track vendors and emerging AI-driven organizational design technologies.
- Develop insights that accelerate client ability to act.
- Analyze client challenges to identify root causes and strategy.
- Provide sales support and act as a voice of the market.
- Present at industry events and client briefings.
- Peer review content and mentor junior team members.
