Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant technical experience.
- Proven experience working with SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with relational database concepts and administration.
- Proficiency in SQL scripting.
- Familiarity with client-server architecture.
- Troubleshooting experience for web-based applications.
- Ability to communicate technical instructions clearly to non-technical users.
- CEFR B2 level English proficiency or higher.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Resolve technical problems by troubleshooting incidents.
- Collect detailed problem descriptions, traces, log files, and replication data.
- Communicate progress of investigation with clients while updating CRM.
- Utilize support tools to resolve cases.
- Share product deployment and utilization best practices.
- Support KPI targets such as SLA, QA, and resolution rates.
- Participate in scheduled weekend on-call rotation.
