Requirements
- Mechanical engineer background with experience in product development and design processes.
- Broad industry exposure (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices).
- Deep knowledge and experience with CAD/PLM tools.
- Ability to tailor technical discussions to different audiences, from users to C-suite.
- Ability to translate complex engineering problems into business outcomes.
- Capability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic and tactical initiatives autonomously.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging, specific demos that showcase CoLab value.
- Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to solve customer problems.
- Map current customer workflows to CoLab capabilities.
- Be a trusted advisor to customers on AI in mechanical engineering.
- Partner with Product Managers to incorporate mechanical engineer perspectives.
- Share customer insights with Product teams.
- Act as an instructor to cross-functional teams at CoLab on engineering topics.
- Work with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to improve go-to-market strategy.
