Requirements

  • Mechanical engineer background with experience in product development and design processes.
  • Broad industry exposure (e.g., automotive, aerospace, medical devices).
  • Deep knowledge and experience with CAD/PLM tools.
  • Ability to tailor technical discussions to different audiences, from users to C-suite.
  • Ability to translate complex engineering problems into business outcomes.
  • Capability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, Marketing, and CS.
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic and tactical initiatives autonomously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging, specific demos that showcase CoLab value.
  • Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to solve customer problems.
  • Map current customer workflows to CoLab capabilities.
  • Be a trusted advisor to customers on AI in mechanical engineering.
  • Partner with Product Managers to incorporate mechanical engineer perspectives.
  • Share customer insights with Product teams.
  • Act as an instructor to cross-functional teams at CoLab on engineering topics.
  • Work with Sales, CS, Marketing, and Product to improve go-to-market strategy.
