Requirements
- 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
- 2+ years prior quota-carrying experience
- Command of the Message expertise
- MEDDPICC expertise
- Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
- Data-informed approach to program design
- Ability to travel within AMER for in-person workshops
Responsibilities
- Own AMER regional & segment-specific sales enablement
- Partner with AMER Sales leadership to identify business priorities and execution challenges
- Create and execute targeted enablement plans to improve seller productivity and pipeline quality
- Build new enablement programs including workshops, simulations, and manager toolkits
- Adapt global enablement programs to AMER regional and segment needs
- Reinforce Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks
- Measure program effectiveness using business and sales execution indicators
- Support global sales onboarding for AMER new hires
- Travel approximately 10-20% for onboarding, workshops, and QBRs
