Requirements

  • 3+ years in GTM enablement, sales leadership, or sales operations in B2B SaaS
  • 2+ years prior quota-carrying experience
  • Command of the Message expertise
  • MEDDPICC expertise
  • Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
  • Proven ability to influence without authority
  • Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments
  • Data-informed approach to program design
  • Ability to travel within AMER for in-person workshops

Responsibilities

  • Own AMER regional & segment-specific sales enablement
  • Partner with AMER Sales leadership to identify business priorities and execution challenges
  • Create and execute targeted enablement plans to improve seller productivity and pipeline quality
  • Build new enablement programs including workshops, simulations, and manager toolkits
  • Adapt global enablement programs to AMER regional and segment needs
  • Reinforce Command of the Message and MEDDPICC frameworks
  • Measure program effectiveness using business and sales execution indicators
  • Support global sales onboarding for AMER new hires
  • Travel approximately 10-20% for onboarding, workshops, and QBRs
