Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in renewals or sales, in the MEA region.
  • Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through cross-selling and upselling efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients in the MEA region.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related inquiries and issues.
  • Regularly assess customer satisfaction through feedback calls, surveys, and in-person meetings.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional products and services.
  • Develop tailored proposals and presentations.
  • Monitor account performance and customer usage data.
  • Prepare detailed account reports for management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies for the MEA region.
