Requirements
- 5–10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
- At least 3 years in net new enterprise or upper mid-market roles.
- Trained on value-based or solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, Command of the Message, Force Management).
- Consistent quota attainment at or above 100% over the last 3 years.
- Experience selling to multi-stakeholder deal committees.
- Proven ability to build business cases from scratch without trials or discounts.
- Experience with $100K–$500K+ ACV.
- Experience managing 60–120 day sales cycles.
- Startup or scale-up experience managing end-to-end sales processes.
- Experience selling AI, data, analytics, or insights platforms (preferred).
- Experience selling into CPG, retail, financial services, or technology (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to closed contract.
- Run discovery focused on business decisions and their associated costs.
- Build multi-threaded deal committees including Finance, IT, Legal, CMO, and VP Insights.
- Present pricing as an investment against a quantified return.
- Construct business cases that survive procurement scrutiny.
- Manage annual contract cycles with 30–90 day close windows.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering on complex Enterprise deals.
- Source, prospect, and work inbound leads.
- Contribute to the sales playbook and overall strategy.
