Requirements
- 2–5 years of hands-on paid media experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Proven experience managing 10+ client accounts simultaneously.
- Deep knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing).
- Strong Meta Ads expertise (campaign structure, audience targeting, creative testing).
- Proficiency in GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Familiarity with call tracking platforms such as CallRail.
- Strong analytical fluency for dashboard interpretation and optimization.
- Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work in a remote-first environment.
- Reliable home office and internet with ability to overlap US Mountain Time hours.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns focusing on lead generation, retargeting, and brand awareness.
- Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversions API.
- Analyze account performance and manage budgets to hit CPL and ROAS targets.
- Build and maintain monthly performance reports for clients.
- Communicate campaign insights and outcomes to clients clearly.
- Collaborate with internal account managers, SEO, and content teams.
- Conduct keyword research and perform ongoing ad copy optimization.
