Requirements
- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience overall, with at least 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, execute, monitor progress, and ensure accountability. Experience in effective stakeholders leadership.
- Strong focus on growth activities, ABM, outbound, and lead generation.
- Focus on measurable business results and effective sales support.
- Hands-on B2B digital marketing (content, demand gen, channels), successful ABM track record, HubSpot knowledge, LinkedIn Ads experience, working knowledge of SEO.
- Highly analytical, capable of funnel analysis, drawing conclusions, and using data for planning.
- Excellent understanding of the market/technology and latest marketing trends (Open Source experience a plus).
- Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging B2B marketing trends and technologies.
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level) and excellent command of Polish
- Resilience and Adaptability: Effectively maintain strategic focus and performance amidst organizational changes, fast-paced project demands, and evolving market conditions.
- Ability to use modern AI tooling and implementing it into daily work of the team.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B growth marketing strategies, including ABM, focused on lead generation, building a qualified SQL pipeline and optimizing conversions.
- Coach, manage performance (KPIs, improvement plans), oversee budget/resources, and maintain the marketing backlog.
- Develop and scale performance marketing initiatives (SEO, content, paid channels), translate technology trends into a marketing roadmap, ensure consistent messaging, and coordinate brand visibility activities, including managing international event promotions.
- Manage the company website in collaboration with a development agency, ensuring content is current, SEO optimized, and using analytics to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Prepare reports for management and the supervisory board. Analyze website and lead generation results to extract conclusions, and plan subsequent actions.
- Foster a strong, cooperative relationship with the Sales and Delivery teams, coordinating efforts to ensure alignment on lead quality, messaging, and overall business goals.
